Our Classes

Our classes are specifically designed to allow performers to work on their craft as an ensemble, but with one on one attention.

Classes are either billed on a 4 wk cycle, per semester (12-13 wks), or workshop series.

In the summer, camps, classes, and private lessons are offered.

We have 4 different Levels:

  •  Introductory and just for fun!

  • Interested, can still be a beginner but wants to work!

  • You think this could be your thing, or is a beginner who is dedicated!

  • This is what you love and want to really advance your craft!

Levels are just a guide.  If we feel the student would advance more quickly or benefit from a a different level, we will suggest that. Skill level is as important as Age.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS & CALENDAR BELOW * please note there is a yearly $20 registration fee This will be applied after enrollment paperwork is filled out as a separate charge.

During this workshop series, students will have the opportunity to explore and practice several different performance techniques. The series has multiple classes for varying  levels.

The workshops will offer students a learning environment in which they will learn by the process of introduction, repeat, retain, and perform. All levels of students can expect to be exposed to ideas that are rooted in modern techniques and validated by years of experience.

Max 15 students per workshop

Students will work  to prepare for professional auditions and environments by learning the skills and etiquette needed  for the screen.

Students will work with commercials and scripts that have aired on TV or been  used for actual screen auditions.

They will be filmed and have the opportunity to  watch their performance back

and re film so they learn what to look to correct themselves.

Back in the Fall!  Try the Bootcamp Class this summer!

When it comes time to apply for college or various Musical Theatre programs there are lots of things you can prepare in advance: your song cuts, your monologues, your pre-screen videos, but what about the live dance call? How can you do your best in this situation where you have no idea what is going to be asked of you? If you are a strong dancer with years of training, how do you show yourself to your best advantage? How can you prepare for unknown choreography or routines that may be beyond your skill level?

-Learn a  double pirouette  or a clean single

-Ballet training because choreography is ALWAYS given using French terms from ballet, which you must know at auditions and rehearsals.

-Add essential steps and tricks

-Be familiar with jazz basics

-Learn to Recognize, repeat, retain and perform

This workshop will have a new routine and various skills every week.  There is NO dance recital. This is NYC styled training.
